September 26, 2021
Petracca scored two goals and one behind to go with 39 disposals (21 kicks, 18 handballs) from Saturday's 140-66 win over the Western Bulldogs in the Grand Final.
ANALYSIS
Petracca was next to unstoppable for much of 2021 and he seldom had trouble finding the footy in the 'Dees first GF win in 57 years. Between he, Clayton Oliver and Max Gawn, there's a perfect core for fantasy and winning games at this club as long as they stick together.

MMelbourne Demons
July 25, 2021
Petracca scored one goal to go with 31 disposals (18 kicks, 13 handballs) and made seven tackles during the 85-65 loss to the Western Bulldogs in Round 19.
ANALYSIS
Petracca hasn't recorded less than 30 disposals in any of the last four matches, his longest such stretch of the season. More importantly, he bounced back from scoring only 90 points in Round 18 against Hawthorn, so there's not much to worry about from him unless losing starts to dampen the 'Dees excellent season so far.

He also tied his third-highest inside 50 total of 2021 in the draw. The 25 year-old's overall stat line wasn't strong enough to push him over the century mark for a fourth consecutive week, but still finds him averaging an outstanding 126.3 points a game for the month of July. He heads into a Round 19 showdown with Gold Coast also currently ranked 13th for fantasy score per outing on the year (110.35).

ANALYSIS
Petracca proved a difference maker for Melbourne on Thursday night, gathering 15 disposals and 484 meters prior to halftime and finishing the match tied for game-highs in both touches and majors. The 25 year-old has now combined for 40 kicks, 23 handballs, 18 marks, 15 inside 50s and12 tackles in the Demons' first two July showings and benefitted from a median 20 point improvement in fantasy score in games played between Round 15 and 17.
Dominant in loss to GWS
MMelbourne Demons
July 3, 2021
Petracca garnered 30 disposals, 10 marks, six tackles, five clearances and a pair of behinds Saturday as Melbourne fell to GWS 64-55 at MCG.
ANALYSIS
18 kicks and 12 handballs left Petracca trailing only teammate Christian Salem as the match-leader in disposals on Saturday while his 10 marks proved a personal-best. The 25 year-old also registered nine inside 50s in the loss, further solidifying an AFL-best average of 7.33 per game in 2021. Strong production in the second-half of June and early July currently finds the midfielder battling Max Gawn and Clayton Oliver as the top fantasy producer for the Demons and now tied with Adelaide's Ben Keays as the 12th-best option for selection as his position through 15 appearances.
