Bowes (thigh) will miss Round 23 against Sydney.
ANALYSIS
Bowes picked up an injury during Round 22 and it will keep him out for the final game of the season for Gold Coast. After a hot start made him one of the top defenders in fantasy, Bowes struggled over much of the season, so he'll hope to do better while the whole team is healthier in 2022.

Bowes is dealing with hamstring tightness following Gold Coast's 98-30 loss to Essendon at GMHBA Stadium on Sunday, AFL.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Bowes contributed 15 disposals, two marks and a single tackle and clearance each in Gold Coast's losing effort, but could be sidelined in a Round 23 match-up with Sydney due to concerns over his hamstring.
Slated to return

June 8, 2021
Bowes (hamstring) will be available for selection in Round 13 against Fremantle, according to Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull. "Jack was going really well, he probably would have been available last week when the bye was on so he's been training with the group as well and he'll train on Wednesday too."
ANALYSIS
Bowes has missed about three weeks with a hamstring injury after being one of the most valuable defenders in fantasy over the first eight games of the season. If he's completely recovered against the Dockers, Bowes is another name to look for if the injury lowered his cost of selection.

Bowes is expected to miss the next three weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Round 9 against Brisbane, according to head physiotherapist Lindsay Bull. "(Bowes has) got a low-grade hamstring injury so will likely miss about three weeks."
ANALYSIS
Bowes is one of the most productive fantasy defenders on his day but he's only topped 100 points in one of the last five weeks. The depleted Suns will need a lot more defensive help, and Oleg Markov could see an uptick in his production without Bowes on the field.

May 15, 2021
Bowes suffered a hamstring injury during Saturday's Round 9 loss to Brisbane, according to the AFL.com match report.
ANALYSIS
Bowes will probably be out for a couple of weeks at the least and would be another major loss to a Suns club depleted by injuries to its best players. In his absence, Charlie Ballard could step up to be the key fantasy option from Gold Coast's defense.
